Reformer Pilates Group Classes

Reformer Pilates, Stability Chair, and Cadillac (Tower) classes are offered throughout the week and are designed to educate clients on the principles of Pilates and their application to movement. Our STOTT PILATES Certified instructors move clients safely and effectively, focusing on dynamic stability and functional fitness. Class programs are customized by the instructor and modified according to client attendance.

Mat-based Group Classes

Barre Group Class - Using a ballet barre and set to upbeat music, this class combines Pilates, static stretches, and small-range movements, focusing on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to tone and strengthen your core and fine-tune your muscles.

Center Group Class - Using music, Pilates foundational principles, and Barre techniques to improve posture, balance, and conditioning.

Functional Training Group Class - This class will surprise you and is for everyone! Functional training is a fitness approach that focuses on enhancing everyday movements and activities by emphasizing exercises that engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Functional training aims to improve overall strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination, explicitly emphasizing movements relevant to daily life. By incorporating functional exercises that mimic real-world activities, such as bending, lifting, and reaching, this training methodology aims to enhance the body's ability to perform daily tasks efficiently and reduce the risk of injuries.

Yoga with Valerie - Classes that are accessible to all levels.
