Communication
Please ensure that pain, injury, or medical conditions are communicated to the instructor before class. If applicable, we may require a medical release. Instructors reserve the right to recommend appropriate classes for everyone's safety and encourage clients to ask questions about suitable classes.
Class Information
Classes vary in length based on class type and include 10 minutes to settle in, make payments, and clean up. Instructors and class descriptions are listed on WellnessLiving and are subject to change.
Please bring a mat to class for Mat Pilates, At the Barre, MELT, and Yoga classes.
Class Reservations
Class reservations require active member status and payment. Classes cannot be held unpaid. Last minute reservations are welcome up to 5 min before class. Clients must be signed in to WellnessLiving to book or cancel a class - instructors cannot make changes to a reservation on a client's behalf in order to avoid scheduling errors and miscommunication.
12hr Cancelation Policy
A 12-hour cancellation notice is required for ALL reservations. Group class cancellations must be made by the client online or through the WellnessLiving app. Private session cancellations should be coordinated directly with the instructor. Clients will be charged the full session fee for no-shows or for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled class. Instructors cannot make changes to a reservation on a client's behalf in order to avoid scheduling errors and miscommunication.
Waitlists
Clients will automatically be promoted to a class if they are on the waitlist up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. If a spot becomes available less than 2 hours before class, clients will be notified via email and required to confirm their promotion. Please note that once you are promoted into a class, the 12-hour cancellation policy is in effect.
Class Cancelations by Instructor
Classes are limited and may require a minimum of three clients signed up to hold a class. In the event of a class cancellation, the instructor will notify clients directly, and sessions will be returned to the client's account.
Weather Policy
Weather-related decisions will be made based on conditions at the studio and operational necessity. While we understand weather may vary by location, we are unable to monitor conditions in all areas. Instructors are responsible for communicating class changes with clients. If you are unsure if you want to attend a class due to weather or driving conditions, we recommend canceling outside the 12-hour cancellation policy. The 12-hour cancellation policy will remain in effect for classes the instructor has not canceled.
Studio Etiquette, Attire, and Safety
The studio requires clients to have bare feet or wear grippy socks for safety (regular socks are not permitted).
Please wear clothing that you can move comfortably in and that is appropriate for changes in body temperature during a workout. We suggest layers for comfort. Please avoid wearing jewelry or other accessories that may damage equipment surfaces.
Before using any equipment:
Immediately report any piece of equipment not functioning correctly to instructors so that it may be evaluated and serviced promptly.
Do not attempt to use or fix any piece of equipment (Pilates or otherwise) that is not functioning correctly.
Upon arrival at the studio, please respect the previous session and wait in reception until the instructor is ready for the next class. Please arrive no sooner than 5 minutes before your scheduled session and no later than 10 minutes after the class start time.
To avoid disruption during class, please silence or turn off cell phones.
For the safety and privacy of our clients, pictures and recordings by clients during class are not allowed.
The Pilates Firm LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought into the studio or left unattended during class. We encourage clients to keep valuables securely stored. While we strive to maintain a safe environment, clients accept full responsibility for their personal belongings while on the premises.

All minors must be pre-approved by the class instructor before attending class. A parent or guardian must always accompany minors.
